Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company in their search for an AP Administrator This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).Accounts Payable Administrator Position Summary The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for assisting with accounting work associated with processing Accounts Payable (“AP”) for all plant, administrative, and corporate offices within the Company. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager. Accounts Payable Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Data entry of invoices; 400-500/week· Codes invoices to GL account/s, department, and location· Assists with multiple accounts payable email boxes· Route invoices to appropriate personnel· Assesses use tax on invoices· Processes all payments associated with weekly AP check run and handles vendors’ requests regarding payment status· Verifies vendors’ statements· Creates new vendors and completes credit applications as needed· Maintains vendor certificates of insurance and contacts vendors with expiring certificates· Backup role for the Senior Accounts Payable Accountant· Other duties as assignedEducation and Experience· High school diploma or equivalent· Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping experience is preferred· Knowledge of using a Chart of Accounts is preferred· NetSuite experience is a plus· Associates, Technical Degree, or college background in Accounting preferred, but not required 

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
