Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable company in Yardley, PA to find an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator for a contract-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process 400-500 invoices per week, ensuring accurate coding to the correct GL account, department, and location.
  • Manage multiple accounts payable email inboxes and route invoices to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assess use tax on invoices and process all payments associated with the weekly AP check run.
  • Verify vendor statements, create new vendor accounts, and complete credit applications as needed.
  • Maintain vendor certificates of insurance and contact vendors with expiring certificates.
  • Provide backup support for the Senior Accounts Payable Accountant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping experience.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of using a Chart of Accounts.
  • Preferred: Experience with NetSuite.
  • Preferred: Associates, Technical Degree, or college background in Accounting.
