HR Coordinator

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our team in the service industry, located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. As an HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as drafting advertisements and scheduling interviews
• Process and maintain accurate records of HR-related data
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide support in the administration of payroll activities
• Ensure all HR functions comply with regulatory standards
• Assist in the organization of HR files and documents
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Work in collaboration with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Administration.
• Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
