Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful project completion from start to finish.
• Manage daily construction projects and maintain accurate project documentation, both electronically and physically.
• Enter data into Vista software and create project numbers.
• Generate and issue Subcontractor contracts and purchase orders, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Verify subcontractor qualifications, including licenses and insurance certificates.
• Coordinate material orders and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Complete Pre-Lien and Lien Releases as part of payment processing.
• Oversee and manage project paperwork, including permits, safety books, and site documentation.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of permit processes and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency in billing, invoicing, and Vista software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
