Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Kerrville, Texas. This role primarily involves general administrative duties within the HR department, including onboarding and recruiting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing various aspects of the front office. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that requires skills in customer service, data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including facilitating training and conducting background checks
• Handle general administrative tasks such as answering inbound calls, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments
• Provide support in the recruitment process, which may include data entry related tasks
• Maintain and manage accurate employee records
• Address and resolve employee issues efficiently and professionally
• Oversee front office duties, including answering phones, greeting employees, and managing supplies
• Assist in the organization of company meetings and holiday parties
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks
• Independently manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision after training.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions.
