Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Supervisor to oversee Daily Operations and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supervision management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties
Complete Job Order Description Sheet and inputs order in Adapt suite

  • Documents and provides daily client order status to supervisor
  • Communication to branch staff when job orders are in place and assists in running mental and data base searches to identify potential candidates
  • Contacts clients to discuss job opportunities, assess client needs and confirm if the client would prefer direct hire or resume interviews.
  • Provide client order fill confirmation details as necessary
  • Provides Associate Assignments and dispatch instructions to new Associates
  • Complete order Arrival and Safety calls to client
  • Completes initial and follow up Client QC Calls
  • Closes and grades assignments as necessary
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment if needed
  • Walk the floor daily for Safety Observations

Skills

  • Must be able to speak to Associates in a professional manner
  • Listening skills to assist the associates
  • Typing and Data entry
  • Must be organized and use time focused on clients needs
