We are a dynamic organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining our financial operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment collection.
Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with accounting principles and accounts receivable systems.
Proficiency in [accounting software] is preferred.
Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
