Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and feedback within the applicant tracking system.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and information regarding their application status.
• Collaborate closely with the hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment in the selection process.
• Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events, including job fairs and campus visits.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
