Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Job Summary:
ProGeorgia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various HR functions to ensure efficient and effective HR operations. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Use various sourcing methods, such as online databases and networking to find potential candidates.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements effective recruitment methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a recruiting and a coordinator role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and recruiting tools.
Work Environment:
The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule with some required travel (10%) is required.
Compensation: A competitive hourly rate of up to $38.00, based on experience, plus a competitive benefits package including health and dental insurance.
