Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Develop and maintain property-specific marketing collateral, including property flyers, floorplan flyers, eblasts, Offering Memoranda, Executive Summaries, postcards, and other marketing materials.
  • Image Preparation: Prepare applicable images and attachments for use in marketing materials and provision to various listing services.
  • Listing Management: Publish new property listings to the website and update existing listings as necessary.
  • Email Campaigns: Prepare email broadcasts for dissemination through the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Exchange Mail system and maintain a calendar to coordinate schedule for ongoing email campaigns.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile information from various resources, interpreting results and reporting to Agents and Clients.
