Medical Front Desk Supervisor

Onsite Location: Gilbert, AZ 85233

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Medical Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. The ideal candidate will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administrative procedures. This is a full-time position with regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead front desk staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, phone handling, and appointment scheduling.

  • Order supplies and inventory, petty cash, accounting tasks.

  • Ensure smooth communication between front desk and other departments.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Monitoring staff, workload, ensuring covering, completing disciplinary actions, PTO requests, 1:1 meetings.

  • Maintain and organize office records and documentation.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a lead or supervisory role within the healthcare industry (2 years preferred).

  • Behavioral or Integrated Healthcare experience is a PLUS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

  • Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
