Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize emails, files, and calendars to ensure efficient administrative operations.
• Assist in the transition process for the new CEO by organizing and managing necessary documentation and memos.
• Provide support for various side projects related to administrative tasks.
• Handle customer service responsibilities including answering inbound calls, email correspondence, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to manage and organize digital files.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate technical savviness by assisting with Zoom administration.
• Ensure efficient management of both inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with data entry, managing calendar appointments, and email correspondence.
• Strong customer service skills and experience with answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications an advantage.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
