Responsibilities:
• Entering invoice information accurately for distribution to approvers
• Scanning received invoices for distribution to approvers
• Reviewing and approving account information on invoices for moving into accounting software
• Processing payment sheets for project manager approval upon receipt of contract payments
• Preparing check requests for weekly payments for approval
• Conducting weekly check processing for signatures
• Entering data in Positive Pay
• Performing vendor maintenance tasks
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data
• Performing additional tasks as required.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar financial position
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices
• Strong skills in Data Entry and Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and managing financial information
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
