Job Description:
As an Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing both accounts receivable and payable functions. This includes processing invoices, handling collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, collections, and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Answer phones and assist customers when necessary.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Minimum of 3 years of collection experience.
Minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
