Located in Houston, Texas, this role is an integral part of our team, providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage Windows 10 migrations, ensuring a seamless transition for all users
• Identify and prioritize applications for migration, focusing on efficiency and relevance
• Work with various PC desktops and workstations, resolving technical issues as they arise
• Utilize KACE system management solution for system deployment, security, and compliance
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, ensuring their optimal operation
• Respond to user inquiries, providing effective solutions and excellent customer service
• Restore only necessary data on destination computers, avoiding redundancy and potential system instability
• Monitor and take action on customer accounts as needed, maintaining accurate records
• Ensure the stability of newly deployed computers by avoiding the restoration of data or settings for uninstalled applications.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Help Desk Analyst
• Proficiency in PC Desktop - Workstation
• Strong PC Skills
• Experience in handling and troubleshooting Printers
• Familiarity with KACE system
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proven record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
