Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Houston, Texas. This role is primarily involved in providing technical support to our team, with a focus on Android development, Cisco and Citrix technologies, and Microsoft's Active Directory, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate will be working on-site, providing internal support to our end users and functioning as part of a 17-member team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users, tackling issues related to password resets, O-365, and SNOW
• Handle inquiries and issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies
• Provide technical support for Mac Computers and Apple Devices
• Manage and maintain Microsoft and Active Directory systems
• Oversee the performance and maintenance of computer hardware systems
• Conduct configuration management and deployment tasks as required
• Provide internal support to a large user base, ensuring efficient resolution of issues
• Collaborate effectively as part of a larger team, contributing to the smooth operation of our technical support services
• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Proficiency in Android Development
• Experience with Cisco Technologies
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
• Familiarity with Mac Computers and Apple Devices
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory
• Experience with Computer Hardware
• Skills in Configuration Management
• Ability to manage Deployments
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
