We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Accounts Manager to join our Wear Services Business Unit. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and market development of wear-resistant solutions and services. You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts in heavy industry sectors such as mining, cement, steel, and pulp and paper, as well as OEMs, while delivering tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive growth and market development of wear services within targeted strategic accounts in industries including mining, cement, steel, pulp and paper, and OEMs.
- Collaborate closely with the Services Team to provide technical and application support, while cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline within Dynamics CRM, and provide regular updates to management.
- Provide technical support for proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices, ensuring that sales volume, revenue, and gross profit targets are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare expense reports, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

- 10–15 years of experience in industrial sales, with a focus on wear services.
- Extensive knowledge of wear management solutions for heavy industries.
-Proven ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams within key accounts.

Skills and Abilities:

- Solid understanding of welding, repair, and maintenance technologies.
- Success in cold-calling and developing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with industry-leading clients and their operational roles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical prints.
- Excellent consultative communication skills with a self-driven, proactive work ethic.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
