Account Liaison

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our ERMCO-ECI Antioch team. As a key member of our Sales Department, this role involves coordinating accounts, communicating with customers and manufacturers, and delivering exceptional sales and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and enter customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to track production orders and shipping details, providing regular updates to customers.
• Support our team in Greeneville, TN, as a backup for our counterpart.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update contractual and daily pricing as directed.
• Showcase your ability to manage stress and work effectively with others.
• Take ownership of customer accounts, updating server information and ensuring system compliance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Normal office working conditions.
• This role requires high concentration and use of hands for typing and document handling.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Salary Information:

Our estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and job requirements.
