Job Overview

USG Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Inside Broker to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Broker, you will collaborate with brokers to provide efficient service and strategically place commercial accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, risk exposures, and market trends. You will apply your expertise to review submissions from retail brokers, assess exposures, and identify appropriate markets for risk placement.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, a current Property & Casualty (P&C) License, and the ability to independently review information, make decisions, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
