Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support executive staff and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and experience with office management systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
Experience with basic HR functions is a plus.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
