Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a highly motivated and strategic Executive Assistant to the Executive Office on behalf of our client, a respected non-profit organization

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations and acting as a key liaison within the organization. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency in the executive office and supporting the mission of the organization through professional and reliable assistance.

This is a full-time contract-to-hire role based in San Francisco, CA.

What you will be doing:
  • Managing the daily operations of the executive office, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the executive team.
  • Preparing, editing, and reviewing documents and presentations for the executive office.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for the executive team, both domestic and international.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes.
  • Facilitating communication within the organization, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
What you will need:
  • Bachelorâ?™s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus but not required.
