Guest Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in the hospitality industry, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with various departments, and assisting guests with vacation plans. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests
• Coordinate as a Front Desk Agent, tracking daily attendance and managing various sales rotations
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Departments, ensuring smooth operations
• Check in guests for their sales presentation and assign appropriate team members with accurate coding
• Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employees
• Assist guests with their vacation plans as a Gifting Agent, including show and dinner reservations
• Coordinate with the Transportation Team to manage guest transportation to and from our multiple locations
• Issue all Taxi/Uber/Parking reimbursements to internal and external guests
• Maintain café and refreshment areas, ensuring they are cleaned and stocked at all times as a Kitchen Agent
• Take inventory and restock all kitchen supplies regularly
• Assist with premiums for all departments and reconcile nightly.
• Must possess basic office skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, email communication, and file management.• Prior experience in a hospitality role, particularly in sales or customer service, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of sales principles and strategies is beneficial.
• Must have the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively is necessary.
• Should have a professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends would be advantageous.
