About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team at our hotel located in 10000. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
  • Fluent in multiple languages
  • Experience with hotel reservation and management systems
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist guests with their luggage and provide information about hotel amenities and services
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
Skills:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office to process payments and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will need to be physically fit to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications such as previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry, fluency in multiple languages, and experience with hotel reservation and management systems will be beneficial in providing exceptional service to our guests.
