About the Job

The Luxury Guest Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all guest interactions are personalized and exceed expectations. This includes greeting guests warmly, providing anticipatory service, and attending to their every need with attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Guests: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
  • Anticipatory Service: Provide personalized service tailored to individual preferences, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations at every turn.
  • Guest Rooms and Suites: Ensure that guest rooms and suites are meticulously prepared and maintained, including arranging amenities, preparing personalized welcome notes, and managing turndown service.
  • Dining Arrangements: Assist with dining arrangements, serving meals, and offering personalized dining suggestions to guests.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and other refreshments, according to guests' preferences.
  • Concierge Services: Offer concierge services, including organizing excursions, transportation, spa appointments, and other personalized requests.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting, preferably in a similar role, is highly desirable.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and gracious demeanor. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, be impeccably groomed, poised, and polished, and adhere to the highest standards of etiquette.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
