Customer Service Rep
$12/hr
100% On-site in Florence

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CSR to join our team and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Assist with data entry and manage databases.
- Coordinate office activities and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
