Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our office as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our CSR Team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing job progress updates to customers, and working scheduling to meet customer requirements and in line with KPIs.

The Role:

Lose Design is a multi-disciplinary design firm that creates SPACES FOR LIFE, supporting the most fundamental human needs to live, work, and play. We approach each project with the needs of both the client and community in mind, which allows for a balance between budget, function, and aesthetics.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions and general information.
  • Referencing customer scripts when working through difficult situations.
  • Following and where possible improving departmental processes and company service standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating databases accordingly.
  • Utilizing standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to perform job duties.
  • Participating in individual and team training/ meetings to ensure policy and company product knowledge are up to date.
  • Providing thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this role include excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, proficiency with office equipment, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
