Customer Service Manager

Food Lion is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our front-end team and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising and mentoring our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-notch service to our customers.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for leading our front-end team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate our front-end team to provide top-notch service to our customers.
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, including greeting customers by name and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve our customer service goals.
- A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
- Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center.
- Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
- Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs continuously, 25 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs on occasion.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. We also offer competitive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
