Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH is seeking an HR Coordinator to assist a company temporarily through a busy season. This role will involve assisting the HR department with recruiting, onboarding new hires, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, etc. There is potential for hire for a strong performer.

Responsibilities

· Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

· Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training logistics.

· Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

· Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

· Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities.

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

· Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee recognition programs.

· Help organize and coordinate employee events, meetings, and training sessions.

· Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· At least 1 year of HR experience or prior internship experience in HR

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to a team environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
