Human Resources Operations Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role requires a professional with prior office management, HRG, and/or executive administration experience.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for the human resources department, providing exceptional support to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and conducting candidate screenings.
- Oversee open enrollment, benefits, and insurance processes, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Schedule meetings, take notes, confirm travel arrangements, and organize action items for senior executives, such as the CEO and COO.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in an executive administrative support or HRG role, preferably with a postsecondary credential (AA/AS/BA/BS).
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, with proficiency in Excel recommended.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
