Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our team in New York. This role involves managing and processing employee benefits, maintaining accurate records, and resolving related inquiries. The successful applicant will also monitor and audit benefit functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and process employee benefits such as 401k and COBRA administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all benefit functions
• Handle customer inquiries related to benefits, providing timely and accurate responses
• Monitor employee accounts and benefits, identifying any issues or discrepancies
• Perform regular audits on benefit functions to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Utilize CRM and other software such as ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce for managing and tracking benefit functions
• Process and manage claims administration in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Keep up-to-date with changes in benefit regulations and industry trends
• Handle any other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to benefits administration as required.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with Ceridian platform
• Proficient in using CRM systems
• Experience with Dayforce software
• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration
• Ability to conduct Auditing tasks
• Experience in Benefit Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Proficiency in Cobra Administration
