Benefits Administrator

About the Role:
This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office two days a week. The ideal candidate will be local and have a strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Experience with Workday benefits administration systems is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Health, Welfare and Wellness team with the administration of benefit programs.
- Manage logistics for benefit events.
- Respond to colleague inquiries regarding benefit programs.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in health & welfare benefit administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues.
- Good interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
