About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office two days a week. The ideal candidate will be local and have a strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Experience with Workday benefits administration systems is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Health, Welfare and Wellness team with the administration of benefit programs.
  • Manage logistics for benefit events.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries regarding benefit programs.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in health & welfare benefit administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues.
  • Good interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
