Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an HR professional with 5+ years experience to assist a busy city office in Corona. You will perform a variety of tasks including administering HR programs, recruiting, job analysis, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations.

Schedule: 4/10 Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm
Pay rate: $37.22 - $45.24 DOE
Length of Assignment: mid November - April/June 2026

Job duties:
-Coordinate and implement recruitment process
-Screen resumes and applications, identify qualified applicants
Organize and administer oral and written exams and results, including compiling test scores
-Extend job offers and coordinate pre-employment testing
-Facilitate new employee orientations
-Conduct salary studies
-Assist employees and management with policies, procedures and programs
-Administer benefits program including health benefits, deferred compensation and pension benefits
-Administer Leave of Absence Programs
-Conduct personnel and workplace investigations
