Are you a dynamic tax professional with a knack for strategic planning and risk management? We are thrilled to announce an opening for a BRAND NEW Corporate Tax Manager with our long term client. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our family business strategy, financial analysis, and risk management. You will be responsible for overseeing our corporate tax planning, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and managing our overall tax strategy. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of corporate tax planning, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
2. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability and risks.
3. Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, reports, and other related documents.
4. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax strategies into overall business plans.
6. Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company is always compliant.
7. Advise management on the tax implications of business decisions and potential risks.
8. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
10. Prepare and present regular reports on tax matters to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax management, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.
3. Proficient knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporations.
4. Experience in estate tax planning is a plus.
5. Strong strategic planning and business strategy skills.
6. Exceptional financial analysis and accounting skills.
7. Proven experience in risk management and estate planning in family business.
8. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Proficient in tax preparation and tax accounting software.
