Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or CPA certification is required.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax management, with a strong focus on tax planning and compliance.
  3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations applicable to corporations.
  4. Experience in estate tax planning is advantageous.
  5. Strong skills in strategic planning and business strategy formulation.
  6. Exceptional financial analysis and accounting capabilities.
  7. Proven expertise in risk management and estate planning within family-owned businesses.
  8. Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  9. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  10. Proficient in tax preparation and accounting software.
