Corporate Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize our company's tax liability and risks.
  • Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, reports, and other related documents.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate tax strategies into overall business plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring our company remains compliant.
  • Advise management on the tax implications of business decisions and potential risks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on tax matters to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax management, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.
  • Proficient knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporations.
  • Experience in estate tax planning is a plus.
  • Strong strategic planning and business strategy skills.
  • Exceptional financial analysis and accounting skills.
  • Proven experience in risk management and estate planning in family business.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in tax preparation and tax accounting software.
