As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting our valued customers. Pay Range: $17.00

What's the Job?

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

What's Needed?

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Rep or related field.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred
