Customer Service Rep II

Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep I at Richmond, VA.
As a Customer Service Rep I, you will:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call centre, answering and responding to customers, resolving problems and issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- High school Diploma/GED desired.
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
