Job DescriptionJob Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a well-established company in Rockville, MD. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Primary responsibilities include managing office duties, scheduling, handling communication, and providing general administrative support. This is an in-office, part-time role with a pay range of $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain inventory and ensure office supplies are stocked
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus
