Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH is seeking candidates for a contract Grants Administrator position in Charlotte, NC We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully in office in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities: 

  • Review and evaluate grant applications for completeness and compliance with guidelines.

  • Manage the grant application workflow, including logging applications, tracking progress, and ensuring timely processing.

  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information and documentation for grant application processing.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all grant applications and related documents.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries via phone and email.

  • Provide detailed information and guidance on the grant application process, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.

  • Assist applicants in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to their grant applications.

  • Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate potential applicants about the grant process and requirements.

  • Assess applications to determine eligibility based on established criteria and guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of supporting documentation to verify applicant qualifications and compliance with grant requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree field preferred.

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service orientation.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications and maintaining records.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
