Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Handle large volumes of email traffic and manage phone calls.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Assist with the inflow of email traffic within the HR team.
• Utilize HR related software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Concur.
• Conduct auditing and background checks as part of the HR team.
• Manage and oversee benefit functions within the company.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Use time management software like 'About Time' to track and manage tasks.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role within the education sector
• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services for managing financial aspects of HR
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective data transfer
• Familiarity with Ceridian HR management software
• Experience with Concur for travel and expense management
• Proficiency in About Time for efficient time tracking
• Demonstrated experience in conducting audits within HR
• Experience in conducting background checks for potential hires
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions within HR for employee welfare
• Strong understanding of Compliance within the Human Resources field
