We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing a variety of tasks, such as processing bi-weekly payroll, managing employee engagement, benefits, and planning employee engagement activities. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate and efficient processing of bi-weekly payroll utilizing Paylocity

• Manage and maintain accurate records for 100 employees

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of payroll and HR processes

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and event planning to foster a positive work environment

• Handle employee benefit functions, ensuring all employees are informed and benefit packages are up to date

• Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Address any customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator role.

• Proficiency in any payroll software, ideally Paylocity.

• Ability to perform auditing tasks.

• Experience in conducting background checks.

• Knowledge of benefit functions within HR and Payroll.

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements within HR and Payroll.
