Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Santa Clara, California. This role primarily functions in the property management industry and will be based onsite.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound calls and emails, providing timely responses to queries.
• Undertake clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, and posting notices on doors.
• Schedule appointments and conduct initial interviews with potential tenants.
• Gather necessary tenant information, including bank statements and insurance details.
• Address and mitigate tenant concerns and needs, providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize administrative skills to manage the database efficiently.
• Leverage property management software, Yardi, for administrative tasks.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Proven administrative assistance skills
• Prior administrative experience is essential
• Familiarity with property management is a plus
• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Ability to confirm and schedule appointments effectively
• Proven experience in performing clerical duties
• Knowledge of Yardi software is a bonus
• Proficient in database management
• Excellent administrative skills are required
