We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Santa Clara. This is a full-time position that will support our premiere client.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the section lead and project controls personnel. Your primary duties will include processing purchase orders and change requests in SAP, creating status updates for change order requests in Excel, and working with project management, finance, and operations personnel to expedite and trace purchase and change order status.

You will also assist in the review of change orders, monitor invoices, prepare cost reconciliation reports, and act as a liaison between the client and trade contractors.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in the construction industry. You should be proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups, and have a customer service mentality.
