Billing Analyst

Department: Finance
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Payment Specialist to ensure accurate billing and timely payments for sales and orders. You will also align invoices with balance sheet reports, seek process improvements, and provide exceptional customer service. Regular supervision will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely Payments: Ensure weekly payments are accurate and address any issues or discrepancies.
Data Processing: Handle daily and weekly data files efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide high-quality support to stakeholders.
Financial Review: Analyze financial statements and variance reports.
Month-End Support: Assist with accounting team during month-end close.
Report Analysis: Create and review reports to identify process improvements.
Data Monitoring: Audit and address issues in data reporting.
Contract Review: Ensure accurate billing/payment changes per contract.
Reconciliation: Perform and act on billing reconciliations and discrepancies.
Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Math, or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
