Job Description:
- Responsible for taking daily calls from patients, (already established patients) have a separate referrals team
- Verifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions, working with doctors to maximize schedules, and eventually training this individual to help triage any optical issues
- Partnering with Doctors to assist in the scheduling process
- Will take 80-100 inbound calls per day
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred.
- Preferred previous call center experience
- Knowledge of typical office work environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
