About the Job

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications).
