Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for great company in Jacksonville, FL. If you are someone who is a self-starter with at least five years of HR experience, with particular experience in Employee Relations, this could be the perfect job for you The idea candidate will be someone with an understanding of all aspects of HR. 
 
Responsibilities

  • Oversee all employee relations and programs

  • Oversee all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding

  • Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR

  • Responsible for understanding all employment law

 
Experience

  • At least 3 total years of experience in Human Resources

Skills

  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now

  • Payroll processing 

  • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability

 
Work Type

  • Full Time, Contract to Hire, M-F 8am-5pm

  • Onsite

  • Compensation: $24-26/hr

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
