What We're Searching For:

The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR team by managing the onboarding

process, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and handling

various employee inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to

detail, and a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information.

Our ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of HR principles, a willingness to learn

and is eager to grow in the HR field.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and posting job openings.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and support various HR functionsnincluding employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and policy compliance.Assist in maintaining employee records within our HRIS.
  • Support payroll processing for our various organizations.
  • Provide administrative support in leave administration, garnishments, and worker compensation.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
