Sales Representative

We are adding an B2B Sales Representative to our growing sales department. This role will focus on growing our SAAS business. This is an IN OFFICE opportunity in Irvine, CA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling B2B SAAS or Financial Services, or a Service based product.
The Sales Representative is sells assigned software solutions. Creates new accounts. Calls and email new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered. Demonstrates products or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate referrals where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Submits time and expense reports to management. Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Calculates and quotes prices. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers' needs.
In this client-facing role, the Sales Representative provides a high level of client service while generating revenue for the firm by providing comprehensive solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in a sales or client service role with a sales-driven personality and excellent communication and presentation skills.
A real estate/finance background and previous negotiation experience is a plus.
BA Degree is preferred
Strong Software experience is a must
Strong Technical Software experience is preferred
Salary plus commission based role: $4000 per month plus commission
