Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry, based in Manchester NH, New Hampshire, 03103, United States. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be tasked with driving patient appointment and clinic revenue generation, maintaining patient data, managing our office supply inventory and dealing directly with patients for all insurance-related documentation.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate patient appointment and clinic revenue generation through outbound and follow-up calls to both potential and existing patients
• Welcome all patients and gather potential referrals while understanding current marketing promotions
• Perform data entry and schedule appointments utilizing company scheduling protocols and internal scheduling database software
• Ensure the office is patient-ready by managing office supply inventory in accordance with company-approved lists
• Oversee an accurate account of petty cash, bank deposits and credit transactions
• Keep track of hearing aid inventory
• Engage with patients directly to gather all insurance documentation and maintain a thorough understanding of current HIPAA laws• Possess experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, ensuring accurate and efficient patient record management.

• Prior experience in a medical front office setting, demonstrating solid understanding of administrative tasks and patient management.

• Familiarity with medical office procedures and protocols, showing the ability to effectively coordinate patient care.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.

• Ability to handle sensitive healthcare information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail orientation and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, specifically within the Pharm/Biotech industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients and medical professionals.

• Proven problem-solving skills to facilitate smooth operations within a medical office setting.

• Willingness to stay updated about the latest developments in the Pharm/Biotech industry.

• A patient-centric approach to work, prioritizing patient comfort and care above all else.
